Noeli Serna is a Spanish-speaking corporate attorney and the founder of Serna Legal Services. Her law firm provides long-term contract and corporate legal services to established businesses looking to scale further. She helps her clients mitigate the legal risks that come with larger and more specialized contracts and transactions. Noeli is the daughter of an entrepreneurial Latine family and knows first-hand the challenges and sacrifices of entrepreneurs. She grew up at the family restaurant, which contributed to her interest in business and appreciation for excellent customer service. Noeli currently serves as a Board member for the Berwyn Development Corporation and the Joliet Latino Economic Development Association.
